Full Day

$1250 to $2500 per party based on the issues, number of parties and amount in controversy.

Mediations will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Half Day

$750 per party. Half day mediations are discouraged unless issues are simple enough to be handled in a half day and the parties are willing to "cut to the chase" and use only the time allotted. Sessions are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The fee schedule includes scheduling, preparation for the mediation and post-mediation telephone assistance as appropriate (full day only), lunch and refreshments, and parking charges for those in attendance.

Cancellation

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may, at the discretion of the mediator, result in a 1/3 cancellation fee.
